He was born in Warwick on February 24, 1958, a son of the late Alfred E. and Laurette (Nault) Lucier.
Daniel was a refiner working in the metals refinery and chemical industry for many years.
He leaves four brothers, Ernest Lucier and his wife, Sandy of Virginia, Ronald Lucier and his wife, Shirley of North Kingstown, Richard Lucier and his wife, Karol of Warwick, and Joseph Lucier and his wife, Marie of Warwick and twelve nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Virginia Turcotte and Theresa A. Lucier.
